Quite simply, it’s a matter of alignment. Or really, mis-alignment.

Form always follows function in our bodies. If a body is misaligned, it will change to accommodate what it needs to do. Bones and tissue ALWAYS remodel along lines of chronic stress.

Think about the tires on your car. If the balance is off or the alignment is off, they quite literally wear away unevenly. You can keep driving the car, but the tires are breaking down according to lines of what is now excessive stress.

Exactly the same thing can occur in our bodies. And our backs especially because they are superhighways when it comes to transferring force.

Misalignment of your knees, feet, hips, even shoulders can all create break downs in the back’s ability to transfer force.

Once that happens, you often wind up with a chain reaction.
