Seems I’m stuck on a running theme. This morning, I went with my daughter to a new trail and ran 3 times the distance I usually go, strictly on ChiRunning technique. I am quite thrilled and pleased with myself.
But what if you don’t run?
Well, tonight, I played ping pong with my other daughter. We just hit the ball for fun. The only rule is don’t return a bounceless ball. Lesson learned? Ping Pong is a great way to add movement to my life…
