Did you know that the average, mass-produced wine can contain up to 16 grams of sugar?  That’s more than a glazed donut!  In the US, the only label law requirement is the alcohol content.  So a producer can grow grapes with herbicides and pesticides and can add sugar, artificial colors, artificial flavors, really anything, without telling you.
