When I do an intake on a client, he or she often tells me they want to be like they were in their 20s. They want the energy, yes, but mostly, they want the body they once had.
I hear that all the time. The problem with this thinking is you’ve set yourself up for failure.
Honestly, you can’t go back. You have logged a few miles on your body now, and we can’t remove them. It’s called aging. But we can affect the QUALITY of your aging from this day forward.
If you’re starting out on a health quest, start where you start! Sounds silly, but that’s important. Take your time. Be kind. You will get to a better place almost immediately. As long as you keep getting better, you are heading in the right direction. Remember, success isn’t linear. We often get thrown off track. The important thing is to get back on the path! Push RESET and keep going.
