Drop-in price: $16 for customers bringing a check to class. $17 if you would like to pay by credit card.
10-session card: $125 for customers bringing a check to class. $130 if you would like to pay by credit card.
21-Day Kick-Start!: $99
Jump into our studio classes with both feet! Take as many as you like for 21 days and kick-start your journey to fitness–AND kick-start your metabolism! Why 21 days? Everyone seems to think we form habits in 21 days, but studies don’t actually exist to prove it. It is, however, a manageable commitment for most people. And if you take 2 or 3 or more classes per week, you’ll see and feel incredible results in just 21 days!

From beginners to advanced, refine your core with Pilates. Sometimes classic, sometimes progressive, but always Pilates!
Muscle Mixer
We use Ballast Balls, foam rollers, magic circles, hand weights–or something else. All the equipment comes out for this one. No plateaus here!
The StressMelter
Our signature class, a combination of Yoga and Pilates designed to tone you up–and calm you down.
Body Bars Plus+
Strength training and core conditioning in one class! Using Body Bars for alignment and resistance work. If you’re looking to tone up, then show up!
BOSU Blast
Maximum, targeted Core challenges on the BOSU. Can you say Balance Challenge? Lots of fun!
Ballast Ball Challenge
Work your core on the Stability Ball that stays where you want it. Strengthen, tone, stretch–and play!
Fundamental Yoga
A flow class that will unlock your tight body. Release stress by letting go of yourself. Spinners, cyclists, and desk jockeys should do this work-out!
Pilates Remix
A non-traditional Pilates class using floor work, standing work, magic circles and more. Get a great core workout and have fun!
Yoga for Runners
Bring balance to your running program with this class. Our certified Yoga instructor is also a certified Personal Trainer AND a distance runner. Yoga for Runners will help you tone and strengthen your core, tone and strengthen your upper body, stretch and release your legs and your hips, and improve your breathing on and off the road. De-stress. Feel great!
Back on Track
Balance your back muscles with this targeted program. Spinners, cyclists, and desk jockeys will benefit from this class! Taught by a Certified Personal Trainer.
