Our signature class, a combination of Yoga and Pilates designed to tone you up–and calm you down.
Back on Track
Balance your back muscles with this targeted program. Spinners, cyclists, and desk jockeys will benefit from this class! Taught by a Certified Personal Trainer.
Body Bars Plus+
Strength training and core conditioning in one class! Using Body Bars for alignment and resistance work. If you’re looking to tone up, then show up!
BOSU Blast
Maximum, targeted Core challenges on the BOSU. Can you say Balance Challenge? Lots of fun!
Essential Ballast Ball
Work your core on the Stability Ball that stays where you want it. Strengthen, tone, stretch–and play!
Yoga by Sho
Shoshanna creates a new program each week. Learn traditional forms of Yoga, and different paths to peace of mind. Through Chakra work, you can explore your inner self. Nothing trendy here!
Power Yoga
A flow class that will unlock your tight body. Release stress by letting go of yourself. Spinners, cyclists, and desk jockeys should do this work-out!
Vinyasa Yoga
A fluid sequence of movements designed to balance the endocrine system, improve flexibility, and energize you. This is an aerobic class. Come prepared to work!
Straight-Up Yoga
Smooth-flowing yoga to elevate your heart rate and your poses. This class focuses on alignment. Great for working on your energy and your posture.
Dance Pilates
Get aligned, get centered, and get your groove on. Great standing ab workout!
Yoga for Kids on the Spectrum
Private 10-week sessions for children on the spectrum, grades 3-5. Limited to 6 participants.
