  5. Schedule regular tissue work. Your body will hold toxins in your tissues, and block the flow of nutrients.  Our partner is The Healing Touch of the Dove.
  6. Chiropractic care.  Regular care will keep your nervous system humming efficiently. Our partner is SweetLife Chiropractic Care.

Yoga

Massage

Your tissue needs to be maintained in a hydrated and flexible state.  Join us every month for our Roller workshop and our Stretching workshop and you’ll learn important self-care. But these do not take the place of professional care.

Chiropractic Care

We will partner with your Chiropractor to bring your body back to an aligned and efficient state.

With an aligned back and neck, your nervous system is operating at full capacity. Core strengthening with us makes your adjustments last longer.
