• Begin your Kettlebell practice by learning the basics with a Certified StrongFirst Girya (SFG) Instructor

• The SFG method is “hardstyle” which produces maximum results in minimum time

• The SFG method integrates strength, stability and movement, improving performance in all sports (especially golf, running, rowing, soccer, football, and tennis)

• Kettlebells can put you closer to whatever goal you have by creating as much strength and muscle growth as you’re willing to work for

• Kettlebells will strengthen your back and shoulders, but most people pick up a kettlebell to burn fat
